Organisational structure

In accordance with the NQFS Law, the Qualification Agency will have a managing authority, a management body, professional bodies and services that will perform administrative and technical tasks.

Detailed conditions regarding the manner of work, rules and procedures for selection and dismissal of the Agency’s bodies will be determined by the founding act and the statute of the Qualification Agency.
